DIRECTIONS FROM PHILADELPHIA

PA Turnpike west to the Northeast Extension North. . Take Northeast Extension 56 miles to exit 34. After you pay toll stay to your right and take 209 North. Follow 209 for about 10 miles to Kressgeville (speed limit is 35 and is enforced through town). Make a left on 534 West this is right after Michael's flower shop there is a sign for Jonas at the intersection). Follow 534 for 8 miles. Entrance to Indian Mountain Lakes is on the right (you will first pass Indian Mountain Motel do not go in). After you pass through security you will be on Mountain Road. Take this to the first stop sign and make a left this is North Shore Drive. Follow this for about 2.5 miles past about 3 stop signs. Make a left on Tower Road, (if you get to a dead end you have gone too far see below***). Follow tower to top of hill where it will turn right. Go past about 5 houses on the left and 170 Tower is large 2 story house with a black Mailbox and red trash box out front. You must enter the house from the side door. ***If you reached the dead end make a left go to the dead end at the top of the hill and make a left. House is third house on the right***.

UPON YOUR ARRIVAL

You must enter the house from the side door. When you enter the house kitchen will be on your right. BEFORE YOU TURN ON ANY WATER Go to the circuit breaker box and turn on the three breakers with the green dots next to them. The fire place pilot is lit flip on the toggle switch on the unit and the flames will come on. If the house gets too warm flip the toggle switch off. PLEASE DO NOT TURN THE DIAL OR MOVE THE LOGS AS THIS WILL CAUSE EXCESSIVE SMOKING AND SOOT DAMAGE TO THE HOUSE. There are heating thermostats in every room please do not set above 70. If you are not using all the bedrooms leave the thermostats at 50 and close the doors. Please do not leave the outside floodlights on all night as this bothers my neighbors. Please remember that we must recycle. Separate all cans, bottles and plastic jugs, put in the large green trash can. 

UPON YOUR DEPARTURE

Flip the fireplace toggle off. Make sure both front doors are locked and that all windows are closed and locked. Turn down all thermostats to 50. Make sure all lights are off. DO NOT leave wet or damp laundry in the dryer. Close all bedroom doors. Make sure that all the trash cans are emptied andthat trash and recycleables have been put in the wooden bin at the front of the driveway. Turn off the three circuit breakers with the green dots next to them. Exit through the kitchen door, lock both locks and make sure that screen door is securely closed.
