For those student teaching or trying to meet service hour requirements, we are trying to come up with more service projects that can be completed at home.

We have eight this semester. Members and initiates are to sign up for at least one. No more than 8-10 on a committee. Especially the RIF and Initiation committees may need more people per committee, please. Committees are:
Initiation
The Chapel on campus is currently reserved, though other places are being researched. This is a REQUIRED event. It will be March 25, at 11:00 .
T-Shirts:
Some t-shirts from last semester are still in the resource room. If they are not picked up by the buyer, they will be resold. See Megan or Tammy to pick up your shirt. We are thinking of hoodies for this semester.
Adopt-A-School:
We currently have two boxes of books ready to be donated. The committee is asked to research the school they have in mind, i.e., PSSA scores, financial situation, location. We are looking for an elementary school.
Tickets
Were given out during the meeting. Each person received 20 tickets. They are $2. Ticket date is March 11. All ticket stubs and money, are due on February 14. You can not return any unsold tickets. ALL 20 tickets MUST be sold in order for the fundraiser to count. The result of a person with unsold tickets, is that they can not be initiated . If you need tickets, see Megan. You must sign out your envelope.
When giving money to Tammy, please use an envelope with your name and the event listed on the outside. This is especially important when turning in cash. Checks are greatly appreciated. They are made out to Kappa Delta Pi, unless otherwise indicated.

Will soon be available in the folder on our bulletin board at the end of the hall on the 3rd floor of the Keystone building. They may also be downloaded from our website.
Committees
Everyone met with their committee at the end of the meeting. A chairperson was to be chosen for each committee, as well as a consistent meeting time. Chairpersons are to email Liz with the names of committee members, chairperson, meeting time, and 3 ideas from the committee. Committees are to meet regularly to work on their designated event.
