Day 4
My daughter is sick, so we aren't going to church today, in hopes of preventing the spread of infection. So instead I added some links and experimented with the versatility of editing my page appearance. Hope you have fun exploring the trail of links...

Day 3
Mood:  caffeinated
*YAWN*

Morning comes entirely too early.

Whatever happened to lazy Saturday mornings and sleeping in late? I "slept in" until 7:30 this morning. I'm still sleepy but can't sleep. LOL

Lots of running around to do today. No rest for the weary.

Oh, a few people have asked me about the background picture. Yes, that is a photo that I took with my digital camera in the countryside here. The double rainbow was so pretty, and I happened to have my camera with me so I stuck it out the window of the truck and took a few pictures. That was one of the better shots. I liked it. I thought you might like it too. I had to edit it a little bit in Adobe Photoshop to make it more suitable as a background, but the changes are very slight. The original image is attached to this post for those who may be interested.

Day 2
Mood:  rushed
Well here I am again, another day God has granted us. There was some concern about the end of the world being at hand last night when Comcast had nationwide connectivity problems and it seemed the entire internet might crash. Without internet access, certainly gobal society and the world as we know it would collapse! =D

So today we launch the last-hope attack against the invading armies of ants with our newest weapon which arrived in the mail yesterday - diatomaceous earth. Hopefully this will eliminate the problem and we can have our house back again. Nothing else has worked against the persistent annoying invaders. And I'm fed up with being bitten by miniscule little insects. They always bite me in the same place too, in the crook of my elbow or between my fingers. What's up with that?

I spent all morning writing letters and answering email. And now I have to make the kids finish up their school work, and then go to the store and then dust the house with DE so I don't think I will have much if any time for drawing anything or working on the game today. I did get several pages of notes on ideas for the game development written this week though, every little bit is progress. Hopefully soon we will have a terrain to put my models on, if our friend is able to make the software work for him. Of course, they won't be able to move because my animation skills are hopeless, but at least they will have a ground to stand on. HA HA

Still day 1...
Mood:  cool
... Okay, so I didn't leave you alone to think about that little sterotypical euphemism...

I just changed some of the colors and settings a bit to try and make it easier to read. If it is still hard to read I can change it again.

Day 1
Mood:  not sure
No idea what I'm doing here, but I'm doing it! Lots of strange things to learn about this alternate universe... blogging.

Hmmm... what would strangers want to know about me... what would I want to tell? That's the real question...

Well, in relation to creating a Weblog, not sure how frequently I will post here, but I'm willing to give it a try. I just don't have a lot of free time for rambling distractedly to an unknown audience I guess. I spend most of my time at the computer, but usually doing research for various things, drawing, working on some aspect of developing my game, or playing MMORPGs (WOW mostly). Yeah, I'm a Christian Homeschooling Gamer Mom! I'll let that description coalesce in your imagination a bit before continuing on I think...

Pray for the Tsunami victims
