Today was just ... MONDAY. The internet (at least on my end) has been cranky and irritating all day. It took me 4 hours of fighting with the internet to get to my mail. My connection was S-L-O-W like acting as if it were dial-up slow. Definitely wasn't getting the value for my $ for cable internet today. I spent the day running Spybot and Housecall and Windows Updates. In addition to normal family chaos, and trying to catch up on some work and bookeeping that I have been too busy to keep up with over the past month, I just felt very stressed today.
Didn't start out bad, I was getting some drawing done and had a fairly quiet morning. A little sad that after only 1 month I quit the DawnTide team. I learned a lot through that experience. Mostly I learned that I need a team that is courteous and respectful to everyone, or I don't perform well. I do not thrive well in a high irritation environment. But I also gained something positive from the experience: Hope. I learned that it really is possible to gather a team of volunteers from around the globe and produce an online game. And I learned a couple ideas of how to accomplish that as well. I'm sure there will be complications, but I believe that with God, all things are possible.
Thank you for your prayers and your attention.
Blessings to you.
