Backgrounds & Colors

Tiled Background

-This BODY tag is to insert an image for your background. This is something fun to play around with, but it's important to get the perfect background so everything on your page is clear to read. I recommend not to insert a animation as a background.

<BODY BACKGROUND="url">

Background color

-The $ should be replaced by the specific color number, see "Color Chart". If you use a dark background choose your font color verry carefully.

<BODY BGCOLOR="#$$$$$$">

Text Color

-Choose your text color carefully. Make sure the text is visible with the background chosen. See "Color chart".

<BODY TEXT="#$$$$$$">

Link Color

-This tag is to specify the color of your links.

<BODY LINK="#$$$$$$">

Viewed Link Color

-This tag specifies the color of a link that has been viewed. That meens that when someone visits your homepage and clicks on a link, when they return to the page with the link, it will be a different color, telling them that they have already visited the link.

<BODY VLINK="#$$$$$$">

Activated Link Color

-This tag is similar to the Vlink tag, although it changes the color of a activated link. Example of the Text Color

<BODY ALINK="#$$$$$$">

Fixed Background

-This tag is to keep your background fixed.

<BODY BACKGROUND="abc.gif" BGPROPERTIES=Fixed>

Note: You can join all of these BODY tags together. Colors are also by name or by number as you can view in the "Color Chart".
