This is the first revamp of my homepage since I launched the very first one about 3 months ago.
I built the interface with Adobe Photoshop version 5.0 helped by Eye Candy plug-in. More often than not I prefer plain Photoshop without being helped by any other external plug-ins.
It gives me more freedom and flexibility and more opportunities to further explore Photoshop. Besides Photoshop I also like
to experiment with CorelDraw, CorelPhotopaint and lately the wonderful 3D graphic application, Bryce and another great image editing application Painter 5. When it comes to publishing online I rely on Adobe ImageReady to optimize the image file size and I also use it for GIF animation.
For HTML coding I used plain Windows notepad. It is convenient to handle javascript when you do cutting and pasting
since plain notepad has no margin. But that doesn't mean I totally forget about HTML editors. Arachnophilia and Note Tab Light are impressive and became my choice too which you can get free online.
However WYSIWYG HTML editor is just not my cup of tea for some personal reasons that I think I don't need to elaborate here.
I have learnt a great deal online besides books. I found plenty of useful tips and tricks in handling
graphic design software and HTML manual coding as well as the latest development in Javascript and dynamic HTML (DHTML).
