soap presses SPH
SPH type presses are high speed machines for pressing simultaneously several
soap tablets from one or two soap billets with horizontal stroke in combination
or capacity dies.
Presses of this type operate with a revolving table for both the lower dies,
that inserting the billet, pressing and removing of the tablet take place
at the same time.
This results in a very smooth operation of the machine.
Each press comes with central lubrication, pneumatic clutch and brake, feeding
system with photocell control for automatic go or stop of the press, drive
by direct-current motor for adjusting number of strokes, vacuum pump and on
request with die cooling.
