Soap Stamper Rotex

The Rotex type presses have a vertical stroke and are designed for medium production rates.
Type Rotex operates with a revolving table for the lower dies, that inserting of the billet, pressing and removing of the stamped tablet take place at the same time.
This results in a smooth operation and allows also stamping of difficult shapes or high tablet weights.
Each press comes with electromagnetic or pneumatic clutch and brake, a feeding system with photocell control for automatic go or stop of the press, variable speed, if needed with a vacuum pump and on request with die cooling.
