WHIZZWHEELS
The Hot Rod VW looks to be a copy of the JL Bug Bomb or HW Evil Weevil. Then comes a hot rod Mini Cooper and Starsky & Hutch Torino.
Mego Speed Burners are not diecast, but they are still cool. They were Motorized cars that had some neat track sets. They were Megos attempt to go against Hot Wheels Sizzlers.
Zylmex produced some really cool cars in the early `70's. Many of them were designed by George Barris, such as the two above. They also put on some huge Cragar mag wheels and called them Krazee Wheels. If anyone has these I would love to trade or buy them.
ZEE TOYS BAJA BUG
This cool baja was made by zee toys, which is the same company that made Zylmex. The Baja is 1/64 scale with full suspension and color change paint. Notice the cool off-road Centline rims!
Mini Marx
This mini marx VW was produced by the Marx toy company in the late 60's early 70's. Notice the detailed driver, pretty cool. Check out the Mini Marx prototypes on the prototype page.
SCHUCO
Schuco cars were made in Germany in the 70's. They are 1/66 scale and are high quality cars with nice details like opening doors.
