* Swim 200-yards without stopping
* Tread Water for 5 minutes with hands above water
* Swim underwater for 50 yards without surfacing
* Run two-miles without stopping

Application Instructions
Parent or Legal Guardian must:
Complete and sign the Youth Activity Application & Permission Form.
Complete and sign the Recreational SCUBA Training Council (RSTC) Medical Statement and Medical History Form.
Rank: 14 years old on or before 12 April 2003.
Young Marine Private First Class (YM/PFC) on or before 1 October 2002.
One year in the Young Marines on or before 12 April 2003.
Must have participated in two overnight unit activities without incident.
Mature enough to travel.
Must pass the following Pre-Qualification Test administered by the Commanding Officer or designate. |
