In June 1997, Car and Driver tested the Best handling Car for Less than $30,000. The winner came off as the Honda Prelude SH, scoring 91 points overall. September 1997: C & D tests the Best Handling Car for Over $30,000. This money-is-no-matter test involved such cars as the Acura NSX-T, BMW M3, Chevy Corvette, Viper GTS, Ferrari 355, Porsche Boxster, the 911 and Toyota Supra Turbo. The verdict: M3, with 96 points. Beating the Prelude as well, the M3 was dubbed: "The Best Handling Car at Any Price". When I drove it, I 'accidentally' drove it hard. And it responded...

If this comes up in your rear view (only backwards mind you) then get out of the way! While the bra fits poorly and for the most part is unattractive, I started to feel it brought out the car's details and helped its image a bit. But this was after hours of staring at the car. That roundel in the center of the bra is a stick on that Uncle Bob added. The bra covers up the car's roundel, but has none on it so he added his own.
The 95TII
To most people who will see this plate on the car, they will just think of it as some punk BMW driver who wanted his initals on his car. Let me explain. It's not Timothy I. Insburg's car. BMW started its sport tradition with the 1972 2002tii, which was a fuel injected version of the 2002. Producing 140 horsepower,27 more than the regular 2.0 liter 4, the tii was a favorite for racing. The 2002tii was the sports car of its time, a souped up version of the entry level 2002. The 1995 M3 was a souped up version of the entry level 3 series, much like the tii was of its day.
