As I get more pictures, I will post them. Check back for more.
Here's a pic of Jay's '86 Silverado. It features a Dodge viper red paint job with a 350 throttle body under the hood. 35"x12.5" tires, 15" American Racing rims, and a 4" suspension lift by rancho carry this beauty. This picture is over a year old. Since then he's added dual flows w/5.5" tips and some lettering across the windshield. I will post the new pic when I get it.
Here's TC's 71 Stepside from LAFAYETTE LA. He's been working on this truck since he got it on his 16th birthday. He's now almost 20. It's been his daily driver also. In his possession, it never spent a day under wraps. When he got the truck, it was four different colors of primer.... He's still not close to being done. Just like many other classic Chevy trucks, this is a work in progress. Great job so far!
This is Stan's 92 Chevy full size. He's from Columbus, Georgia and he is without a shadow of a doubt a die-hard chevy fan. This is a picture when he first got it. Since then it has undergone a few changes, but still pretty much looks the same. He's added some Euro clear taillights, Dual Flowmasters with 4" pipes, and 20" chrome tips. He also added a 1998 grille (much better looking.) This truck is running with a stock V6, but that little V6 will surprise a few people. It has 15x10 inch rims on Cooper Cobra Tires. Future plans are to lower the front end to match the rear end, add a Chevy 350, with a Automatic transmission and a B&M shifter in the floor.
This is Mike Bowman's 86 S-10 Blazer. He's from Columbus Georgia. As you can see, this is no ordinary Blazer. This Blazer uses a 383 stroker with a 620 solid lift cam, with world product heads with 202 valves as its power plant. MSD ignition, Hooker headers, Victor Jr. intake, 850 Holley double pumper carburetor, roller tip rocker arms also add to the horsepower under the hood. He's waiting to race til the completion of his 8 point cage. He has 10 inch Weld racing drag star rims on the back wrapped in hoosier drag slicks. Up front there are 4 inch weld racing drag star rims. Since this picture Mike added a 6 inch cowl induction hood. I feel sorry for the poor sucker that pulls up next to him at a red light (Unless that sucker is driving a Mustang...Then he's asking for it).
This is Jeremy's 1972 chevy c20 long bed on a 4x4 suburban frame with a modified 375 hp motor, 6 inch lift, 3 inch body lift on 35x15.50x15 TLS SX Super Swampers.
This is Jr's 72 Chevy short wide bed. This sweet cruiser features a 400 Velocity small block, Brodix heads, Demon Carb, RV cam, Edelbrok intake, Edelbrok water pump, Edelbrok fuel pump, dual 97% open flowmasters w/glitertip echo chambers, and most importantly the Nitris Oxide Kit by Edelbrok. On the outside this truck has custom Paint, custom wheels, posi rear-end, 2 inch chassis drop, and just for fun he has police strobes in the head lights and tail lights.
This is a Troy Finley's 88 S-10 with a built 4 cylinder that pushes out around 172 hp. Quick and the gas won't break the bank!
This is my Chris Finley's 94 S-10 94' with a high output 4.3. Troy and Chris are brothers and you can see they both have great taste in trucks.
This is Will Hart's 76 Chevy Luv that he bought for $1200. He did all the work myself, starting with a stock rebuilt 350 Chevy. His first pass was a 13.01 at 106 mph. Then it had 293 gears in it but he changed them out for 513 gears. Now he has a 8 3/4" rearend ( shortend ), hoosier 32" slicks, 14.5" - 15" wheels, turbo 350 tranny, transbrake, 4000 stall, new dart heads, and recently he added nitrous to the list of modifications. He ran it in the 8th mile and he ran a 7.3 in the @ 91 mph with a 1.5 60 ft time. That's 4 seconds less to do half the distance! This pic shows the first pass with the nitrous and Will says he nearly wet his pants. He wasn't expecting nitrous to make such a difference. But it did. That kind of a take off would scare me too! You don't see many trucks like this! If anyone does, please email me, because I want to move there!
This is Dave Carter's 72 cheyenne. He bought this
truck in 1994 and has been doing a lot of work under the hood. For starters, he punched the motor .030 over, installed a 327 RV cam. Right now he's running a Quadrajet, but he hopes to put a Holley 600 to work.
He also replaced the bed with a rust free bed with a few dents. You see Dave's from Polk, Missouri and as any one from the midwest knows, these trucks rust bad there. Also, little dent are a lot easier to fix than rust. He also hopes to make the big step to the body shop. I think it looks great now! Sweet truck! Keep it up!
This is Tony Schaefer's 79 Chevy from South Dakota. As you can see he's got lots of nice modifications. In addition to good looks, this heavy Chevy runs 13.4 in the quarter mile on street tires with its 350 and rebuilt tranny. It's got ported and polished heads and a 750 double pumper. This looks like a great cruiser and I would love to see it eat a Mustang. Nice job Tony! Keep it up!
This beauty belongs to Juan from Perris, California. He's selling this '72 for $4,500.00 firm. Anyone interested can call him at (909) 443-1895 or email him at JAldana@sempra.com. The 350 was rebuilt 6 months ago and now has around 600 miles on it. The motor has 10:1 comp. edelbrock performer heads, intake, cam, timing chain, and it's backed up by a 4 sp muncie tranny and 3:42 gears.
This is Ed's yellow '72. It has a 355 with bowtie 2.05 intake 1.76 exhuast heads, a Holley 750, a Comp Cam Torker II, and a 2 1/2 inch Borla exhaust, and Hooker headers. Backing that power up is a rock crusher tranny with 3.73 gear. The truck sits on a sweet set of 15x10 Centerlines. He finished a frame off restoration in '98. Very nice!
