Love is shown as such a joke,
leaving it as if it wasn't anything but sadness.
When I open my eyes,
I see so much joy in it.
Love finally came my way,
opening my arm and pulling it in.
No way out but to love for life.
Receiving such darkness that secrets tear through my eyes,
and it brings such joy to my life that causes me to want to go in.
Feeling all this does want to make me shut down,
but also open others' eyes to such experiences.
