- Eating oranges before a race helps deter armpump.
- Try to keep the front end light and in the air in the whoops.
- When learning to jump, start small and progress.
- On a 2 stroke, remember to clutch into corners.
- While racing, stand up all the time, except in corners.
- Try to relax before a race, and have fun
