Yes, I've now started reviewing DBZ and anime websites. The only guideline? Be on my Favorite Links list! I rate these sites on many factors:
content, navigation, effort, personality and originality. I actually wrote these while surfing the sites so, it pretty much talks about what I saw at that time. Hope you enjoy them!
