The New Western Capital Forum is fully-functional now! Before you enter, however, I must re-iterate the prevoius rules (yawn). As you all may know, these rules are here strictly for your *safety!* I don't do care if people are harassed and flamed in my beautiful creation! Despite what you might think, I could care less honestly care from the bottom of my heart that this is a success of a board! Below are the rules:

1) Absolutely no flaming! No racial slurs, threats, intentional harrassment, or repetitious insults! You know the limit! Violators will not be tolerated, and will be banned immediately upon deletion of the violating messages.

2) No obscene content shall be posted! This isn't a hentai board...use your best judgement: Hentai or DragonBall? The correct choice is obvious.

3) Please post your messages according to the separate forums on the board!

Again, I'm trusting you have the appropriate knowledge and judgement to decide what to do with all of these rules. I didn't have to open up a new board. It's a privelage, not a right. So I don't want you guys pulling a Psaros on me, forcing me to take down this board permanently. Cherish the moment and seize the opportunity...don't wreck it for everyone. You may enter below only if you understand and acknowledge that I gave you advanced notice of the rules.
