Why did you change the New EF DBZ HP's title to The Western Capital?
Mostly because I was tired of that self-named title. El Fraggo was just a name I had for years...I got tired of the dreary, old thing. Now only the Old EF DBZ HP is called EF DBZ HP

used around the site, the information sections are written completely by us, and everything else is contributed by fans! ...Now then, why is BLANKETY-BLANK taking our stuff? (There have been 2 cases of page pirates stealing from this site thus far!)

What'd you use to make the site?
Excuse me? LOL, I didn't use anything but my knowledge of HTML this time around! Everything is pure HTML written by moi.
What'd you use to make your images?
Janemba captures all the images in the gallery. But for the ones edited specifically for site purposes, we used Photoshop for advanced rendering and Paint for file conversions and basic editing.
Could you please help me on my site?
I don't really have too much free time to do others favors anymore. If you need help with images, media, etc, try elsewhere. Sorry. However, if it's layout, design or HTML-related, I have a great HTML Help section you could visit to learn the basics of constructing a website using HTML.
How did you make your music videos?
I make them with Adobe Premiere 5.1 and QuickEditor. QuickEditor's free, which you can download at the given URL. Although learning how to use your music video maker is half the battle. Heck, learning two is quite tiresome and stressful. Maybe one of these days I'll put up a guide to both...or not. Only time will tell.

Just to set the record straight, if your message contains profanity, comments about my momma or insults to myself or the WC, I will delete it.

I put down other music in "Other Notables" because I like variety and, personally, after hearing all the DBZ music a google times, it kinda lacks the greatness it previously had. So, if you're willing to listen, why not give FF7 and the WWF a chance?

I've been pretty leanient up until now with this 'Password' business but I'm not gonna be from now on! If you do not include all information given on the sign up page--including the Password--you will not be on the Hall of Fame! It's either that or I lost your E-mail. Son Gokou? Goku? Which one's the correct spelling?
Actually, both are! Son Gokou is the original Japanese spelling and Goku is FUNimation's transition spelling for the English dub. Now, you may be wondering why I use Gokou but at the same time, I use Vegeta (English spelling). I honestly don't know.
I guess I just choose which one I like best for each spelling and keep it that way. I just don't like Vegita, or Krillin, for that matter. Please don't correct me (supposedly) and say differently because we each have a right to our own opinion! So CAN IT! Thanks. ^_^

Okay, I'll give in! You win! You win! Here are the rules you must abide by if you are using our content:
General Rules
You must upload all media files to your own server! Do not link our files, as bandwidth will get the better of both of our sites! (Therefore making you a "page pirate"..believe me, you don't want that! Nessessary action will be taken!) Then,
once the files or given information are on your site, you must give us due credit. I don't care, it can be in the smallest, unreadable font ever...just give us credit! No novel required, just put something like, "Courtesy of The Western Capital *insert link here*" and I will be grateful.
Individual Sections
Information: You know, I'd rather you not take any of this but, if you E-mail me kindly, I might give in to some sections. (You must E-mail me for ANY Information, waiting for me to give you the thumbs-up! If you don't, I'll get dirty! >:P)
Multimedia: You may take up to 3 movie clips (uploaded on your server), 1 music video (uploaded and with due credit...heck, it says "Downloaded from WC" at the end anyhow!), 5 images (not to be put in an image gallery!), and 3 Sound WAVs (uploaded appropriately). That should be sufficient.
Fan Material: Don't take unless the originator or author gives you permission! They are on this site by preference!
