          About Me:

Home                            I was born in April of 1971 in Bethesda, Maryland.  When I was still young, my family moved
Resume                to New Jersey.  I began the second grade in the Willingboro Public School System, where I attended             Links                    Pennypacker Elementary, Junior High School and Willingboro High School through the tenth grade.  My     Career                  family then moved to Monroe, North Carolina, where I finished my high school career at Parkwood High                                 School.
After I graduated from high school, I went on to attend North Carolina State University in the Fall
of 1989.  I decided to major in Computer Science, but it did not work out due to the fact that I could not
really get into computer programming..  I eventually realized that I was not going to attain my degree from                                 NCSU, so I looked at getting a job in the computer field that would get my foot in the door.  My best                                         friend Dan did a Cooperative Educational rotation for a power company based in Raleigh, NC.  After he
completed the rotation, he told his boss that I was looking to get into the computer field, and I ended up
working there for a total of a year.  While at that job, I learned much about computer hardware and                                         software, as I worked directly on building and configuring new systems, as well as upgrading current                                         systems.  I also got my first taste of remote helpdesk experience because I was transferred from  the IT
department to the IS department for political reasons within the company.  The position I held was going to
be made a full-time position, so I had to find new employment.  Dan came in handy with that as he referred
me to Electronic Data Systems, who was running a US Postal Service account in Raleigh.  I applied for a
position in level one helpdesk, and accepted their offer for a position.  I was hired in January of 1998,  and                                 have been on that same account ever since.  I currently live in Sanford, and commute daily to Raleigh for                                     work.  Once I graduate from Central Carolina Community College here in Sanford, where I have been                                     attending since the Fall of 2001, I plan on making a change so that I can live and work in the same town.
