      •    Current Team Subject Matter Expert for EDM (Enterprise Desktop Management, Novadigm, Inc.) Software
            •    Example – EDM Clients that were timing out while attempting to download files from the District Stagers, and then                   the EDM Manager itself.
            •    Example – EDM Clients not able to connect to EDM Manager at all, though properly configured.
            •    Built and maintain hardware and software on EDM Managers under both NT Server 4.0 and Windows 2000                           Advanced Server platforms using Compaq Server Hardware.
      •    Current Backup Team Lead for seven members of the Electronic Software Distribution team.
      •    Current Co-Project Lead for Windows 2000 DOIS/Manager Workstation software deployments
      •    Past Project Lead for all S-AMS software deployments

            •    Verify correct Operating System and EDM configuration on failed clients and correct as needed
      •    Administer operational aspects of  the Enterprise Desktop Manager to setup software deployments.
            •    Verify that EDM packages contain the correct resources per documentation received from CSTE
            •    Verify that Rexx scripts have no “typos” and perform the job they are written for – create log files and EDM                               variables as necessary
            •    Create ESDs as necessary to inform field of upcoming distributions
            •    Verify that Change Management process flows before proceeding with deployment
            •    Attach EDM package in all correct aspects for most accurate results
            •    Report on Distribution Status of package deployment.
      •    Train team members and new hires in team processes.
      •    Assist in developing process and procedure documentation for the team.

        Business Analyst - January 1998 to March 1999

      •    Provided phone support utilizing information technology to the Delivery Confirmation Project for users at over 35,000                 remote sites
      •    Was responsible for hardware and applications support, including monitoring and troubleshooting remote servers and                 workstations in an 85-domain Windows NT Network
      •    Was responsible for troubleshooting connectivity problems in a TCP/IP and PPP Dial-up environment
      •    Provided around-the-clock technical support for special Delivery Confirmation handheld computers and accessories
      •    Set up FAQ that was incorporated into Remedy for caller troubleshooting
      •    Coordinated efforts with team members to standardize SOPs for calls and other processes within the help desk
      •    Assisted Backup Supervisors on various projects to maintain quality assurance for help desk

      •    Installed hardware and software on new and existing machines
      •    Maintained machines for 150 users to keep downtime to a minimum
      •    Kept an inventory of licensed software and hardware for each workstation with monthly updates in a database
      •    Transferred to the helpdesk to perform phone support of all workstations in the building and two other offices in Raleigh
      •    Later promoted to a combination first and second-line support of the workstations in the building, which included                     actually going around to the workstations in the building and working out the problems at the workstation
