THE MAN IN BLACK

What made Dale Earnhardt such a great man? He was a great racer who made no excuses for racing.
He commanded respect and also gave respect where it was due. Let's remember the great times and fantastic memories he has given us!
He shall forever be alive in our hearts!

MEMORIAL FLOWERS

THERE IS A SHINING NEW STAR OUT TONIGHT
ONE THAT IS BURNING BRIGHT.
A SHINE AS BRIGHT AS HIS NASCAR FLIGHT
A SHINE THAT SHOWS US ALL
THAT HIS GLOW WILL BE FOREVER MORE.
THE LIGHT BURNS AS BRIGHT AS HIS SPIRIT SOARS
FOR AN ANGEL NOW RACES IN HEAVENS OWN RACEWAY.

WE LOVE YOU DALE. YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN AND #3 WILL LIVE ON IN OUR HEARTS AND IN OUR DREAMS FOR YOU HAVE BROUGHT US PLEASURE WITH EACH RACE YOU WON AND PAIN FOR EACH CRASH U HAD.

HEART FELT SYMPATHY FROM ANITA AND SON JIMMY
I believe this is the one to describe a man from north carolina
who grew up believing he could do anything he wanted to do. He said
"I love getting up everymornin and doing what I love ." How many
of us can truly say that? Thank you Chystal for what you are doing.
How sweet that in a sport as fast as NASCAR there are sweet thoughts
going around at a time like this.
A devoted fan,

God bless you Dale, my wife and I will never forget you. You have
brought allot of joy into our lives. Although we never knew you,
your passing leaves a void in our hearts. Your memory will live
forever. We will always remember you as a champion.

No words can express how I am grieving right now. Dale was my hero!! This flower reminds me of Dale's fire to race and looks like it is blowing in the wind like Dale's #3 Chevy. I will remember him always and be sad from now on.

Love Dale Starks
We have lost the most respected driver in the sport of NASCAR. We will always look for the black number three that will not be there. We will continue to support of Dale Jr and follow him as he drives continuing what his father would want him to do. Our thoughts and prayers go to the Earnhart family and Richard Childress Racing.

I don't frequently watch racing however I knew the name Dale Earnhardt because he was such a popular person. The more I watched racing I realized he was a very exciting driver to watch he seemed to have no fear. Sunday I started to watch the race when it was half through, I became more interested in this race on this day because I saw how Dale Earnhardt was trying to keep other drivers from reaching first place. I remember thinking to myself as I watched the race he is bigger than life to see the other drivers try to pass him and not being able to. I began to root for him and his two teammates, I didn't even realize he was involved in the crash until after the race was over. I was shocked and saddened because I won't be able to see him race anymore. He will be missed.
My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.
Sincerely,
Jennifer

Yes, I realize there's no page 13. Call me superstitious.
