My Seasonal Poetry - Summer

The Beach
The ocean Gods are sleeping beneath the waves
Far below, in their watery caves,
The spirits of water, lay about them dozing too
As those type of sprits and fairies are wont to do
The Father Sun is peeking from below Mother Earth
Sister Luna is pulling upon the surf
The sands of time are draining away night's last moments,
As the beach sands are warming for their vacationing tenants.
Neptune yawns and finally comes awake, as Sol finally rises,
And the Sun worshippers arrive at the beach, for a day of surprises.
