For the record let me state that Michael was the father of 5 children. Three sons of ours and a son and daughter from his first marriage. Only two are mentioned in the articles because they were our only minor children at the time of his murder therefore they were the only children who could be named as a part of this suit.

Footnote - Part of the settlement agreement with the drunk driver was that during the term of his 5 years of Intensive Probation he speak to youth groups throughout the community about the dangers of drinking and driving. Including what it's like to be responsible for killing someone while doing so.
