You should always go to the springs, even if you dont need to heal, because your HP can actually go past your max HP limit! This helps a lot if you're fighting in the battle dome because if you get hit, they first have to go through your extra HP. Always have a Faerie Totem with you when you go to the Healing Springs. If you carry one with you all the time, the Water Faerie will heal your pet completely!
