You can check out there site here. Marc was the COP bass player on the final release "Magic & Madness". Marc also played a big role in Alex Mitchell's Plastic Gator Machine sessions. [10/01/04} Not a lot of COP news lately , but there is quite a bit going on with Alex Mitchell's band Fat Nancy. I recieved a "sneak peek" cd the other day and the new line up sounds incredible. There are two songs that would make any COP fan throw their fist in the air and thank the Heavens that somebody, somewhere still knows how to Rock n Roll. I'm starting to think Alex made a deal with the Devil. He just keeps getting better. This version of the song was performed acoustically on Japanese T.V. promoting the release of "Vices". The Alex and Gary interviews in parts did not seem to be sitting well with the fans, so it's gone. {3/23/04} I have added a new t shirt to the collection page {03/16/04} Alex Mitchell has told circusofpower.net that Uncle Max is now called Fat Nancy. Alex says Fat Nancy "SOUNDS LIKE...A NATURAL HYBRID OF THE STUFF I LOVE-MISFITS, MOTORHEAD, SKYNYRD, DAMNED, DARKNESS, CULT, ETC". Alex says the band is made up of Uncle Max members and a new guitar player out of Venice California who has a "very cool style". Word has it that the band will be playing out very soon and some demos will be available shortly. Check this site for all the latest Fat Nancy info. {03/12/04} I have updated part 1 of the Mitchell/Sunshine interview. The parts are now decreased in quality but are longer {now 3 minutes}. {03/11/04} I have begun a new video series to download in the mpeg section of the site. I will be listing a new part every week. The series is an interview with Alex Mitchell and Gary Sunshine promoting Vices. there will be more to come as I am cleaning up the site and making more room. {03/01/04} The sleazegrinder has just hit the nail on the head with Circus Of Power once again. It seemed like the music seen here in the USA was gonna take a turn for the better after The Darkness single hit big. For everyone outside the USA that does not know, Rock n Roll has been in bad shape here ever since the early 90's. Thank you Nirvana, Seattle killed Rock n Roll. Gary Sunshine Mp3's There are 8 downloads at Gary Sunshine.com titled Selections From The Lucky Side.I have to say I like all 8 tracks.Gary has a good singing voice that I would say is a cross between Keith Richards and Bob Dylan.These are great mellow songs that would play perfectly on a cruise down Route 66.The Stones influenced guitar is played perfectly along with some nicely placed female backing vocals.To be honest,I did not think I would like these songs,but good music is good music.Rock on brother.
