God loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life (John 3:16). But sin separates people from God (Romans 3:23, 6:23). What we could not do for ourselves, God did by sending His Son to die for our sins (I John 4:10). Our part is to trust Jesus as Savior and Lord, receiving Him by faith (Eph. 2:8-10). He is the One who changed my life...If you'll only ask Him, He will do the same for you!
- We are created in God’s image, for fellowship with Him now and forever
(Gen. 1:26-27; I Thess. 5:9; Rev. 22:17)
- We are sinners by nature and choice, separated from a holy God in His holiness and rightly condemned to hell
(Ps. 51:5; Rom. 3:23, 6:23; John 3:17-18; Rom. 1:18)
- The Lord Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God incarnate, died to appease God’s righteous wrath, and to impute Christ’s perfect righteousness to our account
(1 Cor:15:1-4; Rom. 5:8-9; Rom. 4:3)
- Jesus was buried, and was physically raised from the dead on the third day, for our justification and to demonstrate God’s power and redemptive purpose
(Acts 2:32, 36; Rom. 4:24-25; Eph. 1:19-21)
- We are all called to repent from our sins and to receive the free gift of God - everlasting life - by believing this news, receiving Him as Savior and Lord. His resurrection is our hope - because He lives, we too shall live forever, if we trust Him to save us.

This song was a long-distance collaboration between Mark Ellis and me. He sent me his lyric (based, of course, on Psalm 23) and I sent back a midi arrangement. After a few tweaks and rendering the midi to audio, we had a song!
