Gríma
Gríma was the son of Galmod.
He was in league with Saruman and was the advisor of King Théoden. He poisoned
the King's mind with evil words until he became so careless and possessed by
Saruman that his kingdom was in danger. Saruman had promised him anything
as a reward if they were able to defeat Rohan and he would have chosen Éowyn.
By Gandalf he was called Wormtongue. When Théoden was released from
Saruman's hold he exiled Gríma from Edoras. Gríma fled to Isengard and
stayed with Saruman there until its destruction. In the books he killed
Saruman by cutting his throat and was right after killed by the arrow of a
Hobbit. In the movie he killed Saruman on Orthanc by stabbing him and was then killed by one of Legolas's arrows.
