Shawnette started dancing at age 14. Now adult, she has recently been appointed Janet Jackson's new co-choreographer, along with professional dancer & choreographer Marty Kadelka. Currently the pair are in rehearsals with the selected troupe for the Janet - All4U Tour, with a slated July start date in Vancouver, Canada.
