July 2nd "Back on the road again..."

The long awaited All For You Tour (Janet Jackson) begins this week, opening night in Vancouver BC, Canada on Thursday. The tour will feature hot new choreography created by Shawnette & Marty Kadelka, and Shawnette will dance in the show which will run for over 2 hours of powerful music & performance. May 18th All For You Tour .... Rehearsal Progress

Janet Jackson's All For You Tour (featuring Shawnette Heard & Marty Kadelka's choreography) rehearsals are now well underway, keeping the group and contributors busy. In tour news, new shows have been added and overseas legs announced. For accurate up to date listings, its recommended to turn to ticket providers in your area. For the united states and Canada, ticketmaster.com/tickermaster.ca are your best bets for accuracy.

From now till the tour opening in Vancouver BC, Canada on July 5th 2001, rehearsals will keep Shawnette a busy lady. Plans are to commence local rehearsals in late June in Vancouver.

It has also been announced that Janet's upcoming single, Someone to Call My Lover will be filmed during this time, before the tour commences, and possibly the following single Son of A Gun, featuring Carly Simon. It is assumed that Shawnette will choreograph at least one of these videos, though no official announcement has been made at this time.

April 12th Grover Dale interviews Shawnette

March All 4 U Choreography well received

Used to the (brilliant) work of choreographerTina Landon, Janet Jackson fans were not disappointed by her new slick moves, engineered by Shawnette Heard and Marty Kadelka in the All 4 U video and performances at MTV ICON, the first to honour Janet. Marty and Shawnette also teamed up on Janet's previous video and live performances of "Doesn't Really Matter", from the Nutty Professor II soundtrack, making fans sit up and pay attention to the fresh new funk.

13th Feb Work with the Diva, finally underway!...

This upcoming weekend Janet will be shooting the video for "All 4 U". The video will be directed by Dave Myers. At this moment rehearsals are taking place.

Try outs for new dancers to be with Janet in the new video as well as on tour went very well last week. Over 1500 dancers showed up to try out. There have been dancers selected for the upcoming video as well as for the upcoming promotional tour.

In the month of March Promotion tour for the new single and album will start. Janet will start the promotional tour in Europe where she will be visiting among other countries Germany, Sweden, Italy, UK, France and Holland. We will have more information about this soon.

25th Jan AUDITIONS -open call...

Shawnette has announced that there is an open call audition for dancers, both boys & girls @ the Dome, in North Hollywood on Tuesday February the 6th, running from 10am till 12. 
IMPORTANT: These auditions are for dancers without agents, and will be for the next Janet tour and forthcoming videos. :)

20th Jan Happy birthday Bucky!

Today Jan 20th is Shawnettes 30th birthday, so be sure to wish her a good one if you see her in chat. :)The Miss Janet chatters club will be holding a chat party for  her at 3-5pm EST, located in the chat at .http://clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/missjanetchatters They also have a msg board set up for birthday messages to Bucky. :)

8th Jan MTV Icon

Shawnette will be choreographing the MTV Icon performance in partnership with Marty. Janet will be the first honoree of a new MTV special, "mtvICON." Set to tape March 10 in Los Angeles, the career celebration will feature interviews and performances by a slate of yet-to-be-announced artists who have been influenced by Janet, who herself will contribute a promised "grand performance" to close the show. An airdate has not yet been set.

Shawnette accompanied Janet to the AMAs, where she was presented with an award of merit. :)
