MMMBopin' Miracles Chapter 28

"Sometimes" was the last song they played before the stage crew set up a sort of, living room/garage scene. After the intermission, they came back and performed "Stories", the 3 Car Garage version of "With You In Your Dreams", and "Madeline". Then it started, as soon as Ike started the familiar guitar riffs, every single person in the audience of 18,000 peoplestarted to scream really loud. Then Tay turned to his congas and Zac punded the beat. Then "You have so many relationships in this life, only one or two will last" it was the song we all knew and loved, MMMBop.

Then images of the Hanson sign and flowers flashed here and there on the walls. Then they broke out into the chorus, "MMMBop ba du ba da ba du bop, ba du ba da ba du bop, ba du ba da ba du yeah yeah! MMMBop ba du ba da ba du bop, ba du ba da ba du bop, ba du ba da ba du yeah yeah!" The song continued in it's upbeat, favorable manor, and ended with a bang, not by the drums though. It was the bang of all the energy the crowd had given for this song, no matter how tired anyone was, they still got up to dance and sing to this song. But the concert wasn't over yet, thankfully! After they finished MMMBop, they played the fictional song of a tin soldier and a ballerina, the song, "Soldier".

After the comical story was told, Tay and Zac left the stage and Isaac was left alone to play "More Than Anything" on the keyboard. It was a song that not very many people at the Hollywood bowl had heard before, it was still new to me also because we had only heard it a few times from the practices. But in every way, it was a great song that could and did bring tears to any girls eyes. It was the kind of song that every girl longs to have sung to her, it was a great song, with Ike sitting there with his heart in his words, and his hands on the keys playing with his soul.
