2000 Football Assocation of Singapore Mini League club Jubilee have signed 04 Hotspurs star defender Hakim Momin on a 3-year contract. 

Jubilee which have been training for the last year for next year's Mini League campaign have signed the 18-year- old after he has been impressive in their recent friendlies.

Hakim, who also is a ITE Bishan player, said,"This is just a stepping stone for my footballing career. I'm hoping for better things in the future and fulfill my dream of playing for an S-League club".

Jubilee which have just returned from a tour of Peninsula Malaysia, was beaten by Pahang youth team, 2-4. Hakim played as a right-back.
