Thinking About You
As I sit and think about you,
My mind wonders.
I think about what we talked about,
And all the common ground we have.
The glori I feel inside,
Is a treasure in itself.
I think about what it would be like.
To have you by my side.
Oh so near me day and night.
I think of the walks and talks we could share,
On the beach or the street or anywhere.
I think of the warm, cozy nights,
As I feel your body by my side.
I think about you in the field,
Of all the dangers you encounter.
And as I think my heart ponders,
And worries about your safety.
Yet fate has brought us together,
And fate will keep us together.
The more I think the more I know,
That we were brought together for a reason.
I know you feel the same.
And this has brough my heart much joy.
When this heart has seen such pain,,
It is good to know that no matter what,
I have you to thank for this happiness.
As I end this poem,
I would like to say,
That you are always on my mind,
In my heart, in my soul,
And may this feeling always uphold.
