Ray finally looked at all the girls, cleared her throat and said, "Do any of you know what Mars fireball Charge is?????"
Suddenly a wave of remembrance swept over the six people that sat at the temple.
"Venus Power!!"
"Mercury Power!!"
"Mars Power!!"
"Jupiter Power!!"
"Moon Prism Power!!
"Mercury No!!!!!
"Jupiter, be careful, Watchout be-...no!!!!!!!!!"
"I'll kill you Beryl!! I swear I will!"
"Serena! You Moon brain, save your strength! Defeat Beryl for us, for the universe, for love, for me, for us, your friends and Senshi!"
"Ray!!!! No, don't leave me! please! Lita! Amy! Mina! Nooooooooooooo!"
"Beryl!!! Come out and face me! I will kill you, on behalf of the Moon, for love and for my Endymion! and For my friends..my best friends, my only friends! my protectors, and companions!"
And as suddenly as it appeared, it disappeared.
"What do you mean Mars fireball Charge?" Serena asked looking scared and on the verge of tears.
"Well, I keep getting these flashbacks of me yelling at you and than yelling Mars Fireball Charge."
"Y-Y-Y-You think it's because of us?" Serena said.
"Well, She's not the only one!" Mina said as she sat up trying to look and act natural when actually, she was scared out of her mind." I keep seeing you (points to Lita) and me, boy hunting in the park. And Amy, I know your some kind of Brainaic and Ray, Mars, you're always picking on Sere here, and Loverboy over there is always with Serena. So I know she's not the only one to have these flashbacks."
"Mina, how did you know I was..well a Brainaic as you put it?" Amy asked calmly.
"Well" Mina said as she looked down blushing, " I remember you and me and everyone here on a picnic and you were reading."
"Hey I don't remember that but, I do remember Amy who was Mercury!" Lita said as she looked totally amazed at what she remembered.
" And Ray, you were doing a fire reading and we were trying find out who the new enemy is!" Lita looked around at the girls and Darien and started to run her fingers through her hair.
"You, guys this is really scary. I-I-I- uh, I really have to get home right now..my mother should be getting off soon and I, um.I have to cook dinner. Bye!!" And with those words, Amy jumped up and hauled butt, out the door and down the road. Startled the rest of the girls glanced at each other, and tried to figure out what to do. Mina was the next to rise up and make an excuse to leave, followed by Lita, than Serena and Darien, leaving Ray confused about what was said.
" I wonder how they knew I did fire reading? I mean I never did one when Lita was around." She said thinking aloud to herself.
As Amy ran down the road to her house her mind was whirling. "How did she know? Who are they?? I don't understand!" her mind screamed and her heart was pounding. Then she reached her door, her figures fumbled for the right one. Finally, struggling to get the key in right, Amy manages to notice she left the door open in her haste to get out the house.
"So the quadrant to the 3rd power times the 4th dimension, is going to equal..." Amy said to herself when suddenly she got the weirdest feeling that she should be out on the street right now. It was a pulling sensation at her heart and soul. Jumping up Amy grabbed her bag, shoved her books into a desk draw, grabbed some cash and took off to meet what was making her get this feeling in her gut.
"I have to get to the corner..I have to get to the corner..I have to get to the cor..."
BAM!!!!
" Oh I'm soo sorry! I'm soo sorry, are you OK?" A blonde girl with the weirdest hairstyle sat on the ground near her. Slightly dazed at the force of the impact it took Amy a second to realize sincerity in her voice and smiled at the girl and replied, " Oh yes, I'm perfectly fine! Are you OK?"
Satisfied with an answer the girl beamed and started to dust herself off, that's when I got a good look at her. Suddenly I felt the blood leave my face and my hands clench, she was the one I was supposed to meet. Looking at the girl again I realized I almost missed what she said, " I'm fine, I'm used to the ground! Hey you look familiar! What's your name, I'm Serena! What are you doing now??"
Laughing at Serena, I said, " Hi Serena I'm Amy Munzo, Have we met? Nothing I was going to go the library, you?"
"Oh Darien and I were about to go get some Ice cream. Want to join us?"
"Sure! If Darien says it's OK."
As the man, I assumed Darien, glanced down and saw Serena looking up with those big eyes he agreed quickly. Hiding a grin behind my hand, I can tell Serena has Darien wrapped around her little finger.
"Oh goody!!!!!" Serena said, bouncing up and down. Gabbing Darien and my hands Serena skipped lightly down the road to the Crown Arcade but, released their hands suddenly and excused herself to the Arcade. Looking over at Darien, I got the feeling we knew each other so I said, "Darien how long have you and Serena been going out?"
He looked startled at the question but replied, "Huh? We're not, I just met her this morning, she ran me over." Grinning sheepishly Darien looked at me.
I was surprised then, they seem to me, like they were meant to be, " Really? I though you guys were going out, it appears as if you really like Serena."
Darien blushed at my blunt words and said, "Nope, just met her, although I had the feeling that I knew her, and you too for the matter. Although it seems as if there is something or somebody missing, someone else that supposed to be here. Sorry didn't mean to ramble." He said as he looked to the ground trying to hide the blush that covered his cheeks. Trying to shrug off the feeling I had, I said calmly "That's okay Darien, I get that feeling all the time, More often lately I'll get around someone or something and this feeling of sorrow, or longing comes over me. Serena said, I looked like someone she knew, where in reality I was about to ask her the same thing, I feel as if I know her."
"As far as I can tell Serena has that personality, when I bumped into her and we went .umm," A blushing Darien stopped than went on. " Well, lets just say I fell for her *g* and it does seem like we know each other." By the time Darien and I had reached the Arcade, Serena was chatting with two other girls and some guy. As Darien called out a greeting to the guy named Andrew, he stopped conversing with Serena and the two girls and came over to Darien. I went to see Serena being that I felt a little odd intruding on their conversation. As I approached Serena and the two girls I heard Serena say, "I know but, for some strange reason I knew she was going to say that about Andrew, I get this strange.. well, never mind." Serena looked down and blushed
"This strange feeling we know each other?" My voice sliced through the silence left behind by her stopped thought. Suddenly all three girls turned towards me and I saw the other girls faces and then a dark haired girl gasped and said, "Amy!"
I was astounded and when I found my voice again, I said, "How do you know my name????"
The dark haired girl blushed and looked down and said, "I don't know" and them mumbled something to herself. Serena jumped in at that moment trying to break the ice (*g* get it...break the ice?? OK *sigh * so it's a bad pun. On with the story)
"Oh, I'm sorry Amy, This is Ray, and this is Lita" she said turning to me once again. Smiling and trying to shake off the weird feeling I said " Hi! My name is Amy Munzo."
"Hi Amy!" the one called Lita said looking at me as if to analyze my intentions. Suddenly she mumbled, "Jupiter Thunder crash? Why does that seem like I should be saying it?????”
"Huh? Lita did you say something?" Serena asked as she looked at Lita strangely.
"Nah, I was just mumbling about nothing."
"OK"
"Hey Darien! Come on over here you gotta meet Lita and Ray!!!!!!!!!" Serena yelled as Ray, Lita, and I glanced at each other.
As we approached the booth to sit down and order, Lita, Ray, and I sat on one side while Darien and Serena sat on he other. As we sat there waited to get out orders taken Serena and the other girls were talking about how Lita and Ray met. I on the other hand I was glancing at everyone, trying to figure out what the feeling I got around them was. It was one of safety, laughter, and friendship. Suddenly I heard Serena say what I had said earlier, “I know that feeling, I got it when I bumped into Amy a while ago, I felt like I knew her! And than you guys! Boy doesn't it feel like we know each other?"
I glanced at Ray, Lita, and Darien and as we stared at Serena one by one we said, "How.."
"Did.."
"You.."
"Know..."
"That?" we all said together.
"Know what?" Serena said.
"What we were all thinking?" Lita said, looking around at us.
"Did you say something to her?" I asked Darien
"No! I though you did." Darien said as he looked at me, then the girls around him. " I've had that feeling since I ran into Darien (Serena blushed and looked down) and then again when I ran into Amy this morning." Serena said with a wide-eyed look. Suddenly Ray yelled at her and called her a Meatball head, which wasn't funny, but we all laughed and so finally so did Serena. Suddenly I stopped as a finger ran down my spine and I turned towards the door to hear, "Hey!!! Sere!!!! There you are! I was waiting for you at school! Why weren't you there???"
A blonde haired girl came running towards us at breakneck speed. What amazed everyone is how much she looked like Serena except, her hair was down and she had half her hair up with a red bow in her hair. Serena went over Darien and hugged her as they started gossiping. They stopped when noticed we were watching them and Serena blushed and pointed to each of us as she introduced us to Mina Aino, her cousin, who fit right in with our group with no problem. As our food arrived and Mina ordered her, we discovered we all thought the same thing even Mina who just sat down and knew what we were talking about. As Mina's food arrived Serena and Mina attacked their food like starved men.
"My god, they're gonna choke!" Lita said as she sipped her drink
"How can they eat so much?" I said trying to analyze them.
"Oh, don't worry about them, this is actually slow for them, see by now it would have all been gone, but their ice cream is still there." Andrew said as he scooted in beside Mina.
Who suddenly blushed as Andrew sat beside her. Slowing down she glanced at Serena who still attacked her food like she was starving.
Serena and Mina, both stopped at the same time, sighed with contentment then looked at the people around them and blushed a bright red. We then decided we had to go somewhere else and talk about what we were discussing. So we all went to Ray's temple and I started the conversation by clearing my throat and saying, "Well, I guess I'll start. Since you know my name I won't say it again.
As you all know we are here due to the circumstances of all meeting a person who seemed to inspire something with-in each one of us and yet we all seem to know each other and share a sense of a relationship. I suggest discuss these feelings as we analyze them and try to find out how each of us know each other and why this feeling of friendship and safety has claimed us and what we should do about it." All the others except Darien had a dumb founded look on their faces, especially Serena, but Mina looked up at me and calmly said, " Amy, I have absolutely no idea what you just said, “Could you repeat it in plain English??"
I sighed and looked at each of them and said, "We need to talk to find out why we all feel like we know each other. Better?" I said looking towards Mina.
"Oh yes, That's much better!" Mina said as she fell silent trying to figure out where she might have seen any of them except for Serena.
I was looking at the four girls and one guy around me and still I didn't know how I knew them. Sighing I tried to clear my mind and think of the present situation. I glanced at the tea cup I held in my hands, when suddenly I zoned out.....
"Sailor Moon we have to do it together NOW!!!!!!! Mercury Bubbles..BLAST!!!!!!!!"
"Oh Mina, there's more to the world than guys!"
"but, Lita, advance physics, is what I like to read. Why change?"
"Ray, what's up with you and Chad?"
The feeling of a cold finger running down my spine when I mumbled the words "Mercury Bubbles Blast" was welcomed to me and I paused trying to remember where I had heard them. I wasn't afraid of them, because they felt natural, like they were what I was made up of. Water, Ice, the element itself. I gasped when I realized I knew those words, why I knew their names they were from my dreams that had been plaguing me lately. Although I would call them nightmares now that I thought of them. In them it was me and four other girls dressed in Sailor outfits with extremely short skirts and all different colors, mine was blue, Ray's or the girl who looked like Ray wore red, Lita's look-a-like wore green and pink, Mina’s twin wore orange, and Serena's look-a-like wore red and blue. I stared at the other girls, my heart pounding and my vision blurring when suddenly Ray stood up and said, "Do any of you know what Mars fireball Charge is?????"
My attention snapped back quickly and I stared at her Mouth agape.
Crying, I slid down against the door, not knowing what to do. I was so confused and this was the first time my intelligence couldn't help me, I had to do this on my own. Heading to the kitchen I grabbed a glass of water and headed towards my room to lie down. I knew what was to come and I dreaded it, something inside of me was whispering in my heart and soul about what I would see knowing I could never go back. I tried to fight my legs, tried to turn back towards the living room, the door anything, but I was powerless to stop what I knew was meant to be. I looked at the bed knowing my destiny was contained in my dreams and knowing I wasn't going to be the same ever again. Then I tried to fight off sleep but it was useless as soon as my head hit the pillow I was asleep and my dream started.
"Serena! We must defeat Beryl, I suggest now we change and let's find out where she is and get Darien out of her grasp."
Serena looked at me with fire in her eyes. Then at Lita, Ray, and Mina all nodded and agreeing with me, as they thrust their hands into the air, Ray, Lita, and Mina hesitantly but, surely screamed....
"Moon Prism..."
"Mars.."
"Jupiter.."
"Venus.."
I followed knowing in my heart, it would be the last time I shouted the beloved words that I loved
"Mercury.."
"POWER!!!!!!!!!!" we yelled together.
Ice and water flew around my body encasing it in protection and love. Turning I felt power strengthen my limbs and my heart. My visor appeared almost instantly. Scanning the area I began sorting the wave out and I pointed towards the mountain as I found Beryl’s hide out.
"This way scouts" I say turning them towards their certain doom. As we walked I glance at the girls around me. I see Ray, who is so full of life and fire, her personality perfect for the Goddess of fire. Lita, who's brute strength and love is shown in her forest green eyes, Mina who's beauty and laughter rings out in everything, and then there's Serena, my best friend and my first friend. Compared to the others she is a beacon of power, love, laughter, and life. She was born to be our leader and I knew she had to survive what lies ahead to make sure this world survives. Suddenly four figures appear in front of us delaying our way.
"Negadweebs." Lita says as she states to charge up with electricity.
"Jupiter Thunder Crash!" She yells sending it out towards them, but nothing happens. Next Mars steps in and says, "I call upon the power of Mars..Fireball Charge!" Fire rages from her hands but, it's the same thing, nothing.
Mina tries next, "Venus Love chain Encircle!" as before, nada.
OI step in now, testing my theory, "Mercury Ice Storm..Splash!" but, I am right, as always. I bring everyone in and say, we can't destroy them with out powers...they're too strong, the only way to defeat them is one on one and to use...." I paused not wanting to say what I know I have to.
"Amy what?" Serena demands gulping inwardly.
"W-w-w-we have to use our life force itself, in the name of our planets." I say quietly wincing. The girls look amazed at me and start to look at each other wondering what to do. The Doom and Gloom girls (as they call themselves) laugh and call us pitiful. Serena looks at us and says, "I'll defeat them, I'll use the Crystal on them."
"NOOOOOO!!!!!" we all shout.
"Serena, save your strength, you have to defeat Beryl." Ray says calmly or as calm as she can. Suddenly one of the girls went towards Serena lighting surrounding her, bound to hurt our leader, knowing she couldn't use the Crystal she stood her ground trying to be brave. Suddenly Serena was flying towards the snow and Jupiter, Lita, was in her place.
"No! Lita!!!!" Serena, Mina, Ray, and I screamed " Defeat the Queen! Only you can do it!" As she was wrapped up we heard her say, " In the name of Jupiter. and in the name of love and friendship, Give me the strength....JUPITER THUNDER CRAAAAAAAAAAASH!!!"
As sudden as she was there she was gone. Lita suddenly flashed in front of them..a cake in her hands and a smile on her face and said, "I'm here always, I believe in you!"
"No! Lita!! I'll kill them I will, no..." Ray crashed into the ground heartbroken as her friend disappeared.
"Ray get up." Serena said roughly, her eyes betraying how she spoke. With tears running down her face she yanked Ray to her feet and stated moving towards Beryl’s hide out and another one of the Doom and Gloom girls appeared water rushing towards Serena and Ray who we arguing. I jumped in front of both of them and saved them from the Doom and Gloom girls. "Kill the Queen for us Serena only you can!!!!" I yelled as I felt the water close in on me, with my last breath I knew what I had to do.
" I CALL UPON THE POWER OF MERCURY...GIVE ME STRENGTH IN THE NAME OF MERCURY AND LOVE... MERCURY...BUBBLES..BLAAAAAAAST!!!!!!!!!"
As I feel the air leave my body, my mind and heart sigh knowing I've saved the Princess, but I am saddened that I couldn't be there till the end. As my soul leaves my body I shape an illusion and I wink at Ray, Mina, and Serena as I look up from my favorite book and whisper, " For Mercury and for the Universe!"
Suddenly I am nothing and everything...I sense Lita in the clouds and other the girls and together Lita and I direct them with the snow. One by one though they were picked off. Next Ray, who was the Earth, than last Mina, who was the wind till only Serena was left. When Mina was gone, Serena was suddenly lost to us to. I could feel our bond still, Lita, in the clouds, Ray, in the earth, and Mina, in the wind. As sure as I was that we were all gone, I knew Serena needed us. One last time, I fought against my current state and found Serena against Beryl with her power slowly losing. I suddenly tried something, "Mercury Power" I scream as my hands covered Serena’s and lending her what was left of my powers we were joined by Venus, Mars, and Jupiter. As our combined forces slammed into Beryl who added more power. Serena than added her love to the beam the Crystal was emitting. Everything and everybody she loved her feelings went into the crystal. Slowly we were winning, My friends felt what our Princess was doing and we followed surely and without hesitation. As we threw everything we had at her Beryl cracked and lost, but so did we, gone forever from each other and the world, as we knew it. As I floated through the air, the snow calling my name I saw my Princess slid to the ground in defeat. "No!" I screamed, "don't give up. Live, please live!"
As if Serena heard my wish, she screamed, "" Mother! If you are listening please grant me this one wish! Please let Darien, and my friends return as if nothing ever happened. Please let me be a normal girl!"
With a flash of light Queen Serenity appeared and suddenly..
"SERENITY!!!!!" I yell waking up gasping and covered in sweat. I'm crying now as I realize it had been real. Everything I dreamt wasn’t a nightmare it was true. I remember waking up that next day knowing nothing of what happened or who my closest friends were. And now..I sit here realizing...I was needed, the Scouts were needed again and I raised my hand to and said the words I loved so dear. "Mercury Power!!!!!"
This is the end of chapter 4. Chapter 5 is soon to come. It's Ray's point of view and what she saw happen. I need FEEDBACK people!!!!!! I live for Feedback.
