MWF One Bad Day

April 28th, 2001

The annual spring spectacular, One Bad Day, always was exactly that for at least one athlete on the MWF roster at this event. Wrestling in the scent of fresh-cut grass and pollen, it always left an impression in the minds of the wrestlers. Enjoy the card results!

Light Heavyweight Tournament Semi-Finals - Snap d. Scully
Snap and Scully rustled about for a bit, then Snap "snapped" on a submission of his, and Scully couldn't help himself but submit, allowing Snap to advance in the tournament.

Stick on a Pole Match - Rancore d. Enigman
This match had its highlights, with both men getting in some good swings. After Rancore had Enigman beat, instead of pinning the man, he took him backstage to where another BCW member was waiting inside a truck. With Snap in the back, they drove off, and Rancore was declared the winner.

Juggalo d. Vertigo
These two big men got in a scuffle backstage, and decided to take out their aggressions in the ring. Vertigo refused to let go of a choke during the match, and the referee called for the bell, resulting in a disqualification. In rage, Vertigo powerbombed the referee for his actions, and stormed out of the ring.

Sweatpants, Stax, & Justin Sane Interview
Stax came out with Mofar and Sane, and, being president of MWF, put Anarchist in a BCW Gauntlet match, and scheduled it right after his promo.

BCW Gauntlet Match 1 - Anarchist d. Snap
Anarchist made quick work of Snap and finished him off with the End of the World.

BCW Gauntlet Match 2 - Anarchist d. Genocide
Not slowing down, he also tore through Genocide like he would have tore out of a wet paper sack, also finishing him with the End of the World.

BCW Gauntlet Match 3 -Anarchist d. Rancore
These men went back and forth most of the match, and Anarchist had to rely on the trusty figure four submission maneuver to beat Rancore.

BCW Gauntlet Match 4 -Anarchist d. Scourge
This match came down to it, as the leader of the BCW took it to Anarchist. It looked like Scourge was about to come out on top, when Vertigo came in and interfered, and Anarchist pulled off a sweep of the BCW Clan.

Light Heavyweight Tournament Semi-Finals - Genocide d. Enigman
Coming back in the truck, Genocide brought Enigman back into the arena, beaten and exhausted, and pinned him to advance.

Hardcore Championship - Scourge d. Scully the Gnome
A short match, Scully tapped to the Fade to Black. Stax came out after the win, claiming Scourge had an easy win.

Hardcore Championship - Stax d. Scourge
Stax, again abusing his presidential power, forced Scourge to defend the Hardcore title immediately following his victory. After a long, drawn-out, somewhat boring match, Scourge ended up losing the title to Stax, who didn't need the gold to inflate his already over-inflated ego.

Intercontinental Championship - Justin Sane d. Vertigo
Vertigo, making his first appearance since the 11/3/00 show, defended the IC Title, despite not being at any shows prior to this event. Justin Sane put up a good fight, and scored a second victory over the big man.

Heavyweight Championship - Enigman d. Sweatpants Mofar
Enigman, after many weeks of trying to regain what was his, managed to overcome the odds, as well as the evil champion Sweatpants mofar, and the shadow he had cast over MWF. The Enigman era began again.
