After the usual long recap from Day 1, we finally get new material after credits
and commercials.  Night 36 and Eliza is very unhappy.  Like this is anything new!
Chris betrayed her by voting off his close-friend, Julie.  He feels great, having
paid Julie back for when her and Twila betrayed the men at The Merge.  Eliza
and Twila start arguing again, naturally.  Twila tells Eliza that she's been riding
other's coattails since Day One.  She also says that everyone has used Eliza at
one time or another.  After Twila and Scout crash, Chris and Eliza have a chat.
He tries to convince her that he is loyal to her.  He also reminds Eliza that Julie
had voted against her three TCs ago.

Day 37 and Eliza is still smarting.  She hates her companions and knows she
needs immunity to stick around.  Speaking of which, it's time for the Immunity
Challenge.  An all new one, no less!  A tall Vertical Maze, with ladders and diffi-
cult crawlways.  Spread about it are 10 sets of two tiles for each player to re-
trieve.  Once all gathered, they must spell out the special two-word phrase to
win immunity.  Scout tries her best but spends more time being in the way of the
others.  Chris does a top-bottom strategy, whereas Twila and Eliza begin more
towards the bottom in gathering their pieces.  Twila has a slight lead at first,
but by mid-point, it's a three-way tie.  Then, Chris, who has the easier pieces left
to gather, pulls ahead.  He is first to begin sovling the word puzzle.  Twila is still
close behind, but ultimately, Chris spells out "FINAL THREE", and wins!

Chris is elated!  It's a beautiful day!  Once at camp, Eliza is sent off to fetch food.
Twila and Scout discuss strategy with Chris.  The plan is to boot Eliza.  DUH!
He tells them what they want to hear.  When he finally talks with Eliza, he also
tells her what she wants to hear.  That he is fed up with Twila and will vote her
off.  Chris is now only concerned with getting to the next level.

Tribal Council and Jeff notices how happy Chris is.  Jeff razzes him by reminding
all of the first IC and the balance beam fiasco.  Eliza is happy that Chris won, she
considers him a friend.  Twila says she's at ease.  Scout is calm, too.  Chris
says he's playing The Game!.  Twila is remorseful about her swearing on her
son's name.  It's time to vote!  Eliza votes for Twila.  The rest boot Eliza.  Once
more she is shocked and dismayed, flashing Chris an evil glare.  In the confes-
sional, Eliza says she's guesses she never had any real allies afterall.  DUH!

After TC, Twila gives Chris a hard time about the look Eliza gave him.  Scout is
happy the camp is quiet now.  They lie on the beach and stargaze.  Chris says
he is now motivated.  Day 38 and Jeff arrives.  He reminds them of the story he
had told of Chief Roi Matta.  It turns out that the scared island he was buried on
is right across from their beach.  They are to paddle over in their outrigger, do
the standard memory-walk past booted players torches.  Then go to the Chief's
grave site and leave an offering.  Then they will perform the last Immunity Chal-
lenge. They three head off as prescribed.  We are treated to snippets of past
players, etc.  Yawn!!!  At the grave site, they leave behind the spirit rock and the
two chief's staffs.  Scout gets all spiritual as usual.  Yawn!!!

The Final Immunity Challenge is to pull back an arrow on a special bow, and
then hold it in place while standing on two, uneven posts.  Fall off the posts, or
release tension on the arrow (which causes the arrow to pierce a paper marker)
and you're out.  Naturally, Scout is out early.  It's a match between Twila and
Chris.  He tries to make an offer to her, but Twila refuses.  Scout cheers Twila
on, which makes Chris even more determined.  Twila finally loses her balance
after an hour or so and Chris wins!

Chris is again happy that he won.  Twila is worried she will be booted next.
Scout admits to Chris that she had an alliance with Twila only to the Final Three.
He wonders who The Jury will like least between the two.  At Tribal Council,
Chris tells Jeff he was not approached by either woman.  Scout says there can
not be a bad outcome whoever Chris decides to vote off.  The Jury shakes
their heads, tired of Scout's mumbo-jumbo!  Twila reminds them all how hard
she's played.  Chris agrees that Twila has played a great game.  It's time to
vote and Chris decides to boot Scout.  He chooses Twila to go with him to the
Final Two.  At the confessional, Scout says she's played with integrity.
