RESERVATIONS ARE NOT BEING ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME

Rates: Please note that Bayshore does not tack on all the fees that VRBO, Homeaway and Air B&B add.
Bayshore's pricing includes TV, WiFi, washer, dryer, the use of kayaks, a pedal boat and a rowboat.

Weekly rates

Standard : $1200/week + 6% tax for a total cost of $1272 per week.

Nightly rates (3 night minimum)

Standard: $200/night + 6% tax = $212 per night total.

MTU graduation & Winter Carnival: $250/night + 6% tax = $265 per night total

Occupancy: All rates are based on an occupancy of up to 6 people. There is a maximum occupancy of 8 people. For more than 6 people: add $15 per person per night

Saturday to Saturday reservations preferred during the summer months. Advanced reservations are required. Sorry, no credit cards - cash or check only. Please call or email to verify rates and availability.

Rental Down Payment/Deposit: A $200 down payment/deposit is required to hold a reservation. Deposit must be received within 10 days of making a reservation or reservation will be cancelled. Balance is due on arrival. Sorry, no credit cards. Cash or check only.

Cancellations: Deposits will be refunded (minus a $50 cancellation fee) only if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to stay.

Pet Policy: Sorry, no pets. I am a huge animal lover, but a dog creates a fair amount of extra work and I do not have the help or anywhere near enough time to do the extra cleaning.

Smoking: No smoking indoors.

Check In: No earlier than 4:00 PM Eastern Time.

Check Out: No later than 11:00 AM Eastern Time.
