Women in Literature and Movies
Throughout this English 12 University summer school course, we have watched the movie "Once were Warriors" and read three books; two plays (Hamlet by William Shakepeare, and Saint Joan by Bernard Shaw) and one novel (The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald) . We can see women are looked down upon by the men in the movie and the books we have studies.
