Andriod #17 (Artificial #17/Super #17)
 
Andriod #17 was made by Dr.Gero.It was Dr.Gero's greatest creation along with his sister Andriod #18 that is next to Andriod #16 and Cell.Andriod #17 is very vein.He gets killed by Trunks in the alternet timeline twice.But in regular DBZ he does not die.In DBGT while in hell two of Goku's rival's Dr.Gero and Dr.Myuu make artificial #17 so that it can excape hell and merge with Andriod #17.As you can see the Z fighters have gotten quite stronger all of the saiya-jins reaching SSJ and 3/5 of the Saiya-Jins (which leaves out Trunks and Goten because they only reach SSJ1)all reach SSJ2 and Goku and Vegeta can reach SSJ4.So Super #17 the merged version of artificial and andriod #17 had to be incrediablly stronger then #17 to keep up with the Saiya-Jins.It worked and Super #17 was incrediable.He matched even with Goku all they way to SSJ4 level where he got killed.
Andriod 18
Andriod #18 was the identical sister of Andriod #17.Unlike Andriod #17 and #18 Cell and #16 are not made of human cores.Andriod #18 was not as vein as #17 but towards the Cell games she learned not to be so evil so did #17.#17 and #18 still had the programing which made them want to kill Goku.But unlike #17 Krillian wished for the andriod to be herself and more human also for the bomb inside her to go away so therefore she did not feel the need to kill Goku even though Goku was dead most of the time she was around.#17 still had that influx to kill Goku.#18 later gets married with Krillian and has a daughter named Marron.Marron is an excellent fighter but not like Bra and Pan (Vegeta and Gohan's daughter's).
Andriod #19
Andriod #19 is Dr.Gero's personal bodyguard.He has the power to absorb ki and energy from his palm on contact or through a ki blast.Andriod #19 is weak compared to the Saiyans and is a little stronger then the human fighters but not by much.He was getting beat by Goku until a sickness caused Goku to get weak.But the new Super Saiyan Vegeta easily defeats the andriod.
Andriod #20 (Cyber Gero)
Andriod #20 is really Dr.Gero with the mechanical upgrades to his body.When Goku was a young boy he destroyred the Red Ribbon army but hesitated to kill Dr.Gero.Ever since then Dr.Gero started creating Andriods with magnificent power.He tracked Goku and all his friends all the up until Namek.He was only estimating Goku to be around 700,000 when he got back from Namek.But he was severly wrong Goku had been training and thanks to Trunks he was still alive.Goku could easily beat #19 and himself.But he was ready for this and unleashed #17,#18, and #16.But they all got defeated in the end.
Andriod #16
Dr.Gero thought that #16 was one of his biggest faliurs among #17,#18, and Cell.It wasn't that his power was to small because he was much stronger then #17 and #18 but the fact was that he was good.He liked wild-life and his programming which eurged him to kill Goku did not work.Andriod #16 later joined the Z crew for a while when fighting Cell.He was severly damaged by Cell in an battle before the Cell Games.Bulma and her father remade the andriod and found out he was made of a complete robotic structure unlike the andriods who were once humans.He was killed when trying to detonate a bomb on Cell.
Majin Buu
Majin Buu was created by Babidi,he is the most powerful enemy the Z fighters have ever encountered.Buu killed the North and West Kaio-Shins and absorbed the South one,that is what gave him the fat apperance.By absorbing the Dai Kaio-Shin he got the warmth and kindness that Dai Kaio-Shin once had.He was later inprisoned in by his creator Babidi in a sphere.Babidi's son Babidi(Junior) reawakened the monstorous Buu and unleashed him on the Z fightrs.He was friends with Mr.Satan(Hercule)for a period of time.He then became evil Buu and absorbed Gotenks,Picolo, and Gohan and later Vegito.He destroyed the Earth and everybody on it accept for Vegito.He was later killed and defeated.
