Jaelin got her Permanent Resident Visa today. When she lands on American Soil she will be an American Citizen. We started today by having a group picture done in Traditional Chinese dress. Then we went to visit the Pearl Market and the Chen Family Temple. Jaelin really liked the Pearl Market. We took a few hours to break and then gathered to go to the American Consulate. At the American Consulate we took an oath and then received the visas for our kids to come home. Now we are ready. I am really ready!!! I am all packed and ready to see my babies at home. I really want to say thank you for all the kind e-mails that we have received these last few weeks and I am very glad to have shared this wonderful journey with you. I cannot tell you how much this experience has changed our lives. For those of you who think you may be interested in this process you should look into a video called "China's Lost Girls" by National Geographic Explorer. There are many little girls and, some boys, who reside at the orphanages waiting for a forever family. Nobody really knows how many little girls are in the orphanages, but I know there are lots. We adopted through Great Wall of China Adoption and they have done a great job. There are lots of agencies available and you can run a search on the Internet for one that you may be interested in. Love to you all, and we will see you back in the States with America's newest citizen!!!! Next....We're Home!
