In the vests are filled with your choice of rice or sand. It is the most cost efficient and safest for the child. Weights should be removed before washing.
In the blankets I only use sand so they can be washed (line dry only).
Mostly cotton blends. Nothing stretchy. Flannel or fleece can be used.
I choose the fabric from what is locally available. If your child has a “favorite” animal, color, or character I want to know so I can find fabric that suits them.
It will take about one week for me to make the vest. It will take about 3-5 days to mail it to you.
I charge what it actually costs to mail the package. I will Email you with the total at the time you order.
At the present time I am just making vests, blankets, and snakes. Someday I may go further into bean toys, lap cozies, or other “fun” items. I may also expand the vests to adults in the near future. I am open to suggestions.
