Role:

Identifying opportunities and negotiating to closing. Developing excellent proposals that address customer's needs and maximize opportunities. Effective interaction with the team members. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales activities in California.
• 3+ years EDA/IC Design, tools service/sales experience.
• Manage the entire process from pre-sale to sale closing, including technical presentation, quotation and pricing negotiation.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving significant financial goals.
• Find new accounts and develop into sales opportunities, and increase sales in existing accounts.

Skills Desired:

• Understanding of ASIC, FPGA and SoC flow
• Understanding of design and verification environment
• Engineering background with verification tool’s sales experience is a plus.
• Prior sales experience at major accounts is a plus.

Education Required:

BS, MS or equivalent and 2+ years of sales experience in electronic design industry

Role:

The ASIC Verification Engineer will be a key individual contributor on a team responsible for developing test plans, test cases, regression and random test cases required to validate ASIC. The individual will work closely with the ASIC and hardware development teams with the goal of delivering quality ASIC.

Responsibilities:

• Develop ASIC verification strategies that span simulation, hardware emulation (FPGA), and real-silicon environments
• Write ASIC verification test plans that cover ASIC block-level and full-chip functionality
• Analyze, design, and develop code, document, and test ASIC verification test suites
• Write high level monitors and stimulus models to automate the verification process
• Participate in estimating verification development schedules and ensure on time delivery

Skills Desired:

• Experience with ASIC verification process and methodology
• Expertise in reference model development, checker implementation, system and block level test environment development
• Knowledge of C, C++, SystemC, Verilog
• Knowledge in Vera, “e”, Testbuilder will be an added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of various networking and I/O protocols

Education Required:

BS in EE, CS or CE is required, MS is preferred
