Payment Methods:
Accepted methods of payment include PayPal, Online Money Transfer or Telegraphic Transfer (for telegraphic transfers, any charges imposed by the bank are the sole responsibility of the client).

Terms of Agreement:
1. Terms of Agreement will apply upon client's acceptance of Ideal Works Solutions quotation and his/her request for the job to be completed.
2. Once a translation job is completed, an e-mail will be sent to the client with 50% of the completed work (20% for jobs over 5000 words) and an invoice. Immediately upon receival of the full payment, the client will receive the completed job.
3. Payment must be made within 14 days upon the issue of an invoice.
4. For telegraphic transfers, any charges imposed by the bank are the sole responsibility of the client.

Turnaround Time:
Approximately 3000 words per day. Short articles same day delivery.

E-mail, Fax, Mail, Floppy Disks, Courier and C.D-Rom (extra charges apply for bulk mailing, courier or cd-rom).

MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS FrontPage, Miktex, WinEdt, Adobe Acrobat, Imaging, Photo Editor, Dewan Eja 3000 (Malay Language Spell Checker), Oxford Malay-English-Malay Dictionary, Fajar Bakti Malay-English Dictionary.
