Our task is to assist clients in locating specific pieces of information on the internet that are made available to the public. We aim to help to reach out information in areas where the client is not familiar with and to provide them with the obtained results.

Examples of our online services consulting include:
• clients seeking information on a specific software review. Our task will be to locate as much information on that specific product on the internet and will deliver it to our client. We aim to find as much high-quality information as possible.
• clients seeking information on a specific research topic for a university or high school project, as well as marketing review on a certain product. We will gather as much information as possible.
• clients seeking specific articles for collection purposes.
• clients seeking help on specific products/software/hardware. Our task will be to locate the trouble-shooter information on the internet.
• clients seeking information on available banks or other facilities in their area.

We will spend searching up to 2 hours for the information that you requested. In case no information is found, the client will need to pay a flat fee of 10 USD (for the time we searched). Clients may also specify the amount of searching time separately. This must be done together with the project request and stated specifically.

How to apply:
1. Please send us an e-mail or fax (contact info at the bottom of this page) and state the information you would like us to search for, together with an approximate amount of requested "links", "articles" or "search time" (in 20-minute increments). The maximum search time in a case where no result is found will be 2 hours. A flat fee of 10 USD will apply (for the time we searched). You may also specify the "maximum searching time where no result is found" if you wish by stating it in your e-mail to us.
2. We will send you a confirmation e-mail together with an invoice and a payment link for the 2.50 USD deposit.
3. Once the deposit is received, we will start searching the information for you and deliver them as soon as possible.
4. Once the project is completed, we will send you an e-mail containing 20% of the completed project and an invoice stating the balance. Once the payment is received, we will send you the completed project immediately.

Payment Methods:
Accepted methods of payment include PayPal, Online Money Transfer or Telegraphic Transfer (for telegraphic transfers, any charges imposed by the bank are the sole responsibility of the client).

Terms of Agreement:
1. Terms of Agreement will apply upon client's acceptance of Ideal Works Solutions quotation and his/her request for the job to be completed.
2. A 2.50 USD deposit is required in advance with balance due upon receipt of invoice (prior to delivery of completed project). If the project is cancelled after work has already commenced, the deposit will be non-refundable. Once a job is completed, an e-mail will be sent to the client with 20% of  the completed work and an invoice. Immediately upon receival of the full payment, the client will receive the completed job.
3.We will spend searching up to 2 hours for the information that you requested. In case no information is found, the client will need to pay a flat fee of 10 USD (for the time we searched). Clients may also specify the amount of searching time separately. This must be done together with the project request and stated specifically.
4. Payment must be made within 14 days upon the issue of an invoice (issued upon project completion).
5. For telegraphic transfers, any charges imposed by the bank are the sole responsibility of the client.
