Social Science
social science - any discipline or branch of science that deals with human behaviour in its social and cultural aspects. The social sciences include cultural (or social) anthropology,sociology, social psychology, political science, and economics. There are two different types of social science research: quantitative and qaulitative. When dealing with quatntative, you are dealing with numerical and statistical data. Qualitative data, on the other hand, deals with quality and kind. An example of quantitative would be health statistics for diabetes. An example of qualitative data would be a history of philosophy.
