We started the meeting with a highly motivated Marine Corps Daily Seven. Next, SSgt Stewart led us in a motivating 1.5 mile formation run that woke up the whole base. Next Cpl. Cohran was our special guest. He taught a class on some good old hand to hand combat (non lethal for now). Finally to top off the day we ran the obstacle course which proved to be a pretty good challenge.
