We have ways of dealing with People like YOU!
That's an Old Familiar Story. One that I have a fair amount of experience with.
There are those who will actually engage you on Field of Ideas. They come wielding the armor of Logic and ths Sword of Reason
Now their Logic may be flawed and their Reason may be Blind but they are at least honorable Foes.
Then there are the Others.
Those whose goals are Power and Control, They wish mostly to Silence any Voices raised in Disagreement with them.
Rober Heinlein stated it most aptly when he said "
Political tags - such as royalist, communist, democrat, populist, fascist, liberal, conservative, and so forth - are never basic criteria. The human race divides politically into those who want people to be controlled and those who have no such desire
The methods used to encourage Silence may vary but the process is used by Some on All Sides of the Political Spectrum.
In recent weeks those methods have included.
An attempt to Steal My Identity and request that the Web Server Host where my website resides Cancel my Account. They lacked enough of my personal information so that failed,
There was a report to Facebook of Suspicous Activity on My Facebook Account so I had to fill out a form Affirming that the Financial Means used to buy Facebook Ads were my Own and i had to submit to them a Jpg of a Government Issued Color Photo Id to verify that I am indeed A US Citizen,.
Still have not heard back from Facebook on that little Deal
And of course there was the Famous Letter sent to me by Tah Dah
A Real Republican
In an envelope though the post office,
Not sure why they just didn't email it to me there are ways to send Anonymous Emails,
I wonder if maybe the Letter is supposed to hint
We know who you are and We know where you Live?
But that is a YAWN
Other people who do not like my Poltical Ideas know where I live and have in the Past also expressed their displeasure with what I stand for,
During the McCain Palin Campaign I lost count of the number of times I had to straighten out the legs and put my signs back up in my front yard.
This happened over and over.
Then one day I woke up and while I had been sleeping my signs had been mangled again and two windows had been smashed out in my car
SO
I put my signs back up and had the windows replacec,
Sometime later I came home from work and found my signs mangled and the porch light hanging from the wires. Someone had ripped it loose from the Wall
SO
I put my signs back up and told my Landlord and he fixed the porch light.
Then one Day I can out of my house and my Landlords who are also my next door neighbors hollered out that someone had ripped the downspout off the house and threw it in the front yard by my mangled signs
It was now up agains the house my Landlord said at the time he was going to wait until after the Election to fix it,.
I put my signs back up.
Did I mention I can be stubborn?
There are one distinct difference between those who harassed me then and now.
I have no earhtly idea who the first people were.
While I do not know for certain who this latest group are I can make some guesses.
One of those who I might suspect put a comment on the LCRCC Facebook Group site saying how he wished HE had written the harassing letter sent to me.
What a fool writes a blog and complains about a group he claims to be of but opposes at every opportunity to do so.
Unless maybe the comment was an April Fools Joke?
In any event there are also some similarities between the two groups
They both wrap themselves in a Self Assumed Cloak of Moral Superiority and their morals admit the same stench that once upon a time came from Brown Shirts
They also liked to silence those who disagreed with them.
Update: I just remembered there is a THIRD group that really hates me.
Quite some time I logged onto a discussion board and found out that i had been informed that
There are now Hundreds of the Faithful Praying to Allah (PBUH) on a Daily Basis that your Soul be Ripped Shrieking from your Body by the Angel of Darkness and Thrown Into the Bottomless Pit of Endless Torment for All Eternity.
Now it is much shorter than my recent letter but I think they got their point accross just as well.
So it would appear that there exists an Ecumenical Silence Dan Kauffman Movement possibly comprised of Evangelical Protestants, Catholics, Jihadist Muslims and Secular Huminist Atheists.
I seem to have rubbed everyone the wrong way
The Truth will do that.
