NEWSLETTERS WRITTEN BY:

This particular Newsletter was Co-Authored by Deborah a dear sweet Sister to us.
I had the body text and she added the corresponding verses.
She and I believe the same that the knowlege of God was given freely to us; so we are to freely give.
That is why I restrict my material to being redistributed only as a witnessing tool and not for profitable gain.
You can pass it out freely all you want to trying to win souls to Gods kingdom or to help someone grow in wisdom but you MAY NOT sell any of it for any purpose.

Oh So Weary a Path I Trod
Earnestine Hammons and Deborah Shelar
Mar 16, 2005

I will be posting again the next couple or so days.
Last night I set here going through topics and came across Weary, but try as I might, only a couple of verses were shown to me.
This morning...ET sent me this to post. So with her words....I would like to add the scriptures I felt lead to find last night and how I had started the devotional for this morning. It sure seems we were lead to the same topic.
Ambassadors For Jesus Christ

OH SO WEARY A PATH I TROD

I am so weary, tired and worn, But I must continue on this path I trod. If I intend to see my Savior on that sweet glorious day when He comes back on the cloud for to receive His bride unto Himself.
Yes I am very, very tired from all the obstacles thrown in my path; but you know, this only effects the flesh, making it tired.
If we are truly born again christians, accepted Jesus Christ and walked away from our sinful ways.
Then even though our flesh gets weak and worn down, ready to drop; our spirit will drive us farther down the road.
Our spirit knows that through it all we will see our dear saviour and hear " well done my faithful servant enter in" instead of depart from me ye worker of iniquity for I knew you not".
Our born again spirit gives us the strength that we need to trudge right on down the line.
You see our complete walk with God is all by and through faith.
Faith is believing in the heart on things that the eyes cannot and has not seen.
You believe the wind is real ! Why? you cannot see the wind!
Oh I know you can see it blowing the trees about but that is seeing only the effects of it's presence you have not seen the wind itself yet you still believe it is there and very real.
You BELIEVE in the wind meaning you have FAITH that it is real.
Then why do you find it so hard to believe in God?
Why can you not believe upon the evidence of things unseen pertaining to heaven yet you do on things pertaining to this earthly world?
But you say at least I can see where the wind is by the blowing of the tree limbs.
If you look around you will see the evidence of things unseen manifested in healings, mighty blessings, in our provisions from Him, yet we still doubt when we get tired.
This doubt is of the flesh walk not of the spirit.
When you are doubting you need to crucify the flesh and walk in the spirit.
We have seen so many prayer requests where people have given up hope and given up believing and are ready to throw in the towel and let Satan win.
Well I must ask those people to first be willing to walk away from their sinning ways, desires and habits,
With the true knowledge that they do not want to do these things any longer and that they are wrong in God's eyes,
and then and only then repent of their sins before God and ask Jesus to come into their lives, their heart and take FULL control and make them a new creature.
If they have thoughts tucked away that they will ask forgiveness and then go ahead and do the former things,
then they are wasting their time and not repenting to start with because repent means to turn away from .
Faith is standing in belief that you will receive.
If you doubt when you ask then you are not standing on faith.
People time is coming to a close real fast for the sinners.
Where do you stand today?
Will you be counted as the sinner?
or will you be counted as the lost sheep come home, the faithful servant?
I pray that it is the latter.
May God be with you, guide you and keep you till His sons return, is my prayer for you this day.
My Yoke is Easy, and My Burden is Light

**Matthew 11:28-30 28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.** Isaiah 40:31 **31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.**
