ARE YOU TAKING A CHANCE?
Do you get upset with people’s words?
Do you stop listening when you disagree with them?
Hear them out and then ask God to show you the truth of the matter, if they are right or wrong.
You may walk in a misleading untruth for many years if you are never told the truth.
Do you want to be condemned and lost, all because you were taught something many years ago that you believed was the truth but actually turns out to be wrong.
Will you take that chance?
Listen to what others have to say and then ask God to show you the truth of the matter.
Don't just take someone's word to be the absolute truth.
Get your bible out and make sure what they are saying is true word by word, not rearranged to fit the bill but word for word as it is written.
Prayerfully study asking God to show you and He will.
Seek His wisdom, knowledge, and understanding instead of taking a chance that mankind is telling it like it is.
We often think because they are preachers that they are telling the gospel truth but mankind is flesh and the flesh can fail but God will never fail.
When things of this world have perished and long faded away, God's word will forever hold true.
In times past untruths have been taught in order for someone's path to be made a little bit wider, to make things they are doing seem alright.
This way it is easier to do things without feeling convicted of it.
Why do we take them at their word instead of following up ourselves with God's word?
Simple, because it is easier to say well I have been taught this throughout the years so it must be true rather than face the fact that we could be wrong and have lived a lie all of these years and change it.
It is time to wake up out of that slumber that Satan has put you in and seek God's truth.
ARE YOU WILLING TO TAKE THE CHANCE OF BEING WRONG?

I'm not teaching class you say.
Well you are teaching more than you realize, the question is what are you teaching?
Are you teaching: Anger, greed, division, mistrust, disrespect, immorality, deceit, unbelief, weakness, laziness, rebellion.
So many today are teaching these qualities to their children and do not even realize it.
Although children may be watching television, playing a game, or talking with other children,they are still seeing and hearing everything going on around them.
They themselves do not notice it until they are grown and these qualities start coming out in them towards their children and towards other people around them.
You have created a chain that is hard to break.
This fences in the wrong attitudes in their lives.
We should be teaching them quality values and we can only do this through our own actions.
You must go through your day with love, peace, trust, truth, honesty, sharing,respect, unity, good morals, and working together.
If you are displaying these qualities in every aspect of your life then they are learning from you.
They do not learn just from what you tell them but from what you do and say around them as well.
We as parents have allowed a breakdown in society through rebellion and laziness.
We have thrown aside the commandments given to us so many years ago.
We now have empty lives, just like an empty blank set of stone tablets.
It is up to each individual to replace those values by living the right way day by day, minute by minute.
Live each and every minute with carefulness with prayer.
Don't display anger towards others, work the problems out in a calm manner thus teaching your children unity and responsibility.
Don't deceive other people teaching deceit.
Don't talk about other people teaching, immorality, mistrust, and dislike.
You cannot blame the children if they are doing what they have seen in you.
If you have done these things then you have told them that it is all right for them to do also.
How can you tell them something is wrong if you are doing it yourself.
They judge what's right by what they see in you as Donna Fargo once said in a song.
If each and every individual would live by these means the world could be turned around.
There would be less gang members, less senseless killings, less divorce cases, less foster homes, less court cases.
Over all less anger in the world.
Why have we allowed ourselves to join the world, this is not God's way.
We cannot make everyone change but we can change things with ourselves and our children.
The whole world is not our responsibility but our own homes are which leads to the rest of the world through a chain reaction.
So start building the chain that will effect many.
Start your day in prayer and when a problem arises stop; and ask God what he would have you to do about it, how would he have you to deal with it and before you know it, this will all be a normal part of your life making your life much easier.
