The
Sales journal Records your sales transaction. It is divided into
6 section . The first section is composed of a read-only |
|
customer information. The
combo box in section 1 show you the list of all customers.If you
click a customer in the combo box, |
|
it will update the list
of invoices in section 3 with the list of invoices this
particular customer made. Section 1 also provides you |
|
the current year-to-date
balance of your customer which is an essential business support
for your sales personnel. The drop down |
|
combo is provided with an
option named "all customer" which shall show the list of
invoices made by all your customers |
|
|
|
Section 2 provides you a calendar interface. By default
the date on the calendar is the current date. clicking on the
dates |
|
in the calendar however will
do a filtering effect on the listbox in section 3. Should you
click on the calendar the listbox |
|
shall show you the list of
invoices made on that date made by the client you choose in the
first section |
