I welcome you to use any backgrounds and/or matching images for your "PERSONAL" webpages provided:
1. Most of the work you see here is mouse drawn & © Angelgurly/Joya Apperson. If it is not my work, I give credit where it's due. You may use any of my graphics as long as you also give credit where it is due. Under NO circumstances are my graphix to be made into "Tubes". You will use them "as is", or not at all.
2. A link MUST be placed ON the SAME page(s) my graphics are displayed on and referred back to: https://www.angelfire.com/journal2/agraphix/DesignsAG.html For those who are not designers, there is a logo provided with each set. You may use that and link it using the address above or a "text link" will be fine. Eg> :

NOTE: Under NO circumstances is credit on a "Links" page or a page of "Credits" acceptable. The link must be placed on the SAME page as the graphics are on.
3. My sets may NOT be altered or changed in any way. If you want something customized, contact me and I'll do what I can.
4. You do not have to use all parts of the set if you do not need them and you do not have layout your page as I have.
5. NONE of my graphics may be redistributed or resold. Images are NOT to be used to create brushes, tubes, dingbat fonts, masks, presets, textures, etc., and may NOT be included on a compilation CD, graphic collections of clip art, computer bulletin board, etc. AKA - My graphics may not be altered in any way, shape, or form, nor used for anything except personal webpages.
6.Download graphics to your own server or computer. DO NOT EVER link off someone else's server. This is called "bandwidth robbery" and means that every time someone opens your site, and the images on someone else's server are referenced by your page, they have to pay for the "bandwidth" it took to transfer the images to your site. Not a good idea! =)
7. Please refrain from using any of my work on pages promoting/encouraging child abuse, racism, "crack" sites, bigotry, hate, animal abuse, and/or pornographic activities, etc!. I hold the right to refuse use if your site contains these things.
8. If, for any reason, I request that the images from my site be removed from your site, you will be given one (1) week to comply. Violations of the Terms Of Use could subject you to this request.
