FACTFIND:
Factfind was started in 1996 with an aim of spreading Scientific Temperament among the students of K.M.C, Manipal. Since then they have been regularly conducting workshops on Human Resources Devt., Specialty Selection,etc.

Our batchmates who have ably carried on the activities of Factfind include Tarun Koshy, Srirang Abkari, Rishi Swarup, Sooraj.Y.S, Prahlad Pillai & Subani Chandra.


THE WALL:
The Wall was started in 1997. It was based on a novel idea of putting up every month on the noticeboard a collection of articles, photos, poetry, etc. contributed by the students themselves. It has been very effective in bringing out the artistic talents of many talented students in K.M.C.

Arifath,Usha Devi, Preethi Patel, Radha, Mahathi, Amit Motihar, Dipan Das & Anurag from our batch were instrumental in bringing out many interesting issues of The Wall.


LEO CLUB:
Our batchmates have been very active in the Leo Club of MAHE since its inception.They have held a number of posts in the Club such as President-Sekhar Iyer, Secretary-Somsubhra De& Board of Directors-Usha Devi, Ruchi Gupta & Mahathi Reddy.This club has been active for more than four years. They are responcible for protecting the student community from acquiring Hepatitis B.. by conducting annual Vaccination programes. Other activities include Carnivals, Genesis (variety entertainment event), Movies club etc. Their profit is used to run the club and donate to Lions club or other various department for needy ones

ROTARACT CLUB:
Sharmini Arumugam is the Secretary and Sri Charan Moturi is serving as the Director of Programme Implementation in the Rotaract Club of Mahe-Manipal.They have taken an active part in organizing student-based activities like Carnivals,Rock Shows,etc. the profits of which have been used in organizing Community-based programmes such as Pulse Polio,Cataract Camps & for donating Artificial Limb Prostheses for the needy.



THE PROXY CLUB:
All other clubs may have been formed with an aim of serving society in general.But the only Club which had the distinction of being started for the only purpose of serving the interests of its members is the Proxy Club.Started in 1996, the club has as its members Vinay.P, Avinash, Arvind Reddy, Vineeth, Arvind Rao & Nithin.The Founder President & Secretary are Akkineni & Muvvala respectively.





SPORTS SECTION
Welcome to the Sports Page of The Batch of '95,K.M.C,Manipal.Our batch has been very active in Sports from the beginning. We have many excellent Sportspersons in our batch.


CRICKET:
Goutham & Venkatraman have, as Captains of our Cricket team, led us to many victories in the past. Arvind"The Duck" Rao is now continuing the same tradition. Nithin & Arvind Rao have represented the University in the South Zone Inter-University Cricket Championship held in Hyderabad.


BASKETBALL:

When we think of Basketball, immediately Radha comes to mind. Known as the Star Basketball player of the Batch of '95 girls team, her raw talent could not be chanelled in the proper direction. Sadly another very skilled player has succumbed to the pressure of Stardom.


VOLLEYBALL:
Wan Chee Hung, Arvind Rao, Sri Charan & Subramaniam from our Batch were a part of the K.M.C Team which won 1st place in the Inter-collegiate Championships held in 1996 & 1997 and got 2nd place in 1998.



K.M.C ANNUAL SPORTS MEET:
Our batch had also won the Overall Sports Championship in the K.M.C Annual Sports Meet held in 1998.We also got the 3rd position in 1999.


ENTERTAINMENT SECTION
Our Batch won Genesis overall competition shield, conducted by Leo Club, twice in a row i.e, in 1997 and 1999.
